Simply insert a card into the scanner and the process starts automatically—preview the image, click to accept, and you're done. Images go directly into the patient record, eliminating cumbersome desktop uploads. Scan documents directly from the Athena add document workflow. The software runs quietly in the background, so staff never need to manually launch it. Pre-configured scan profiles are optimized for insurance cards, IDs, and documents in color, black & white, or duplex mode.
