After quite a bit of research and specifically requiring a scanner that converted to Outlook contacts, I bought this little scanner. It does exactly what it says on the tin and for the most part, makes short work of converting a physical paper card into digital form. If you do need to convert to Outlook, make sure you buy one with the software licence. I failed to do this but a quick phone call to customer services resolved my problem quickly (along with another payment!). The more complex the card you are converting, the less likely the scanner will put the information in the correct place, however, apart from a few symbols, the scanner will import all data which you can quickly cut and paste into the correct boxes. So glad I purchased this, it's made such a difference with converting hundreds of business cards.
